Entry #30 (Updated List of Vitamins and Minerals)

Since the most recent dietary and lifestyle changes, I've seen a drastic difference in the level of pain for each one of my migraine attacks. When I started monitoring things accurately, I was suffering from 13 attacks per month (pain levels of 7/10 or higher). Since the intake of daily vitamins and minerals alongside the right food choices, I've had an average of 5 to 6 attacks per month. (June yielding only 3 attacks on the high end of the pain scale). These are amazing results when you think of the gained quality of life and the effects pain can have on our plans. This is the updated list of vitamins and minerals that I am taking daily:
