Entry #25 (Findings from Research Level 24)
After thorough research into new recipes for the new regimen. I'll share a few just in case anyone wants to follow my suit into this lovely new holistic world. Now apart from the titles I am about to list; I bought myself a new cookbook from chapters signed by the author. It's called Yum and Yummer and the rest of my recipe selections will come from that. Here's a glimpse into some of the meals that I plan to make while always using allowed and healthy ingredients. homemade meat loaf with asparagus, quinoa, twice baked potato. homemade stir fry with organic pasta, collard greens, brussels sprouts, broccoli, organic brown scrambled eggs and chicken. homemade quinoa infused meat pies. sweet potato tatters. organic nacho meal. homemade plantain tortilla tacos with fresh chicken or fresh ground beef and lettuce. sunflower kale chips baked and drizzled with sunflower oil. organic Frittata. sea scallops and scalloped potatoes, grass fed fresh steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. homemade Shephard's pie with altered ingredients. organic rice pilaf. roasted cauliflower poppers. organic blueberry quinoa muffins. butternut squash soup with carrots and potatoes. lettuce wrapped chicken meal. cantaloupe smoothie with spinach, grandilla, almond milk, flaxseed, coconut water, organic blueberries and mangoes. topless dark chocolate chip muffins. homemade quinoa hamburgers with lettuce. vector cereal with almond milk. raw carrots. raw cucumbers. organic chicken burgers with lettuce. whole weat waffles with real maple syrup. custom breakfast omelet with organic eggs. homemade pancake biscuits. The list continues but these are a few of the good ideas I've compiled and will cook and bake.
